The IMPACTS S320 RD is a compact , portable and powerful ride on shot blaster for medium to large areas. The blasting process is fully enclosed ensuring a dust free application. The surface is prepared by steel abrasive propelled onto the surface at high velocity. The abrasive removes contamination and textures the surface in one process, the abrasive is then air washed /
recycled into the hopper and the debris is removed by the integral dust collection vacuum. The machine runs on propane gas to reduce emissions and has a small petrol tank as a backup for when running low on gas. The machine is fitted with a variable speed drive system to ensure ease of use and a constant finish of profile. The S320RD has a number of advantages over pedestrian equipment the main benefits being a one man operation and no trailing leads or power supply required for the operation. Optional reduction plates allow the blast width to be reduced as required to prepare floor surfaces prior to
line marking application.
